The Association
THE TVHA HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION LBG is the Homeowners’ Association (HOA) incorporated under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992)
The TVHA Homeowners’ Association LBG is a non-profit organization that aims to safeguard and improve the community through various approaches. These include creating and managing cost-effective procedures for ongoing enhancements, conserving green spaces maintaining internal roads and drains, and fostering positive community engagement through social events and other channels.
To realize the vision of the TVHA LBG, costs are efficiently managed and prudent investments are made with community funds, for the collective benefit of all homeowners and residents. We remain resolute and committed to preserving and enhancing all common areas and safeguarding community aesthetics. Also, we actively engage with community initiatives and work to maintain common areas that contribute to increasing property values.
The TVHA Homeowners’ Association LBG advocates for the HOA corporation and its property owners. The Association is overseen by a Board of Directors (known as Executive Committee) and operates by the Constitution and Bylaws of the Association. It enforces the governing documents of the HOA and is managed by the Association Staff. The Board and Staff serve as representatives for the Trasacco Valley Estate Phase I, liaising with local government and developers/declarants. The goal is to safeguard the long-term interests of the community, maintain quality of life and protect property values.

Executive Committee Members
The management of the Association shall be organized by a board of directors known collectively as the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall comprise seven (7) members, including a non-voting Company Secretary:

The powers of the Executive Committee are limited in accordance with sections 189 and 195 of the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992). All Directors shall hold office for two years but shall be eligible for re-election for another two-year term of office and may at any time be removed from office by a vote of no confidence carried by a simple majority at a general meeting, save that upon termination the outgoing directors shall continue to hold office until successors are elected.
The day-to-day administration of the Estate is carried out, along with the Executive Committee through the Estate Office. The Estate office comprises the Estate Manager/Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, Accountant and Administrator. Additionally, the Community is maintained by the Horticultural & Maintenance Department and the Security Department.
All staff work to ensure the long-term interests of the overall community and to protect the quality of life and the value of the individual properties.
